On Saturday, August 5th, the vendors of the Catawba Valley Farmers Market
held their Annual Farm-to-Table Dinner at the Catawba Community Center. 
Against the backdrop of the beautiful Catawba Valley and a warm summer evening, friends & customers of the CVFM were treated to a delicious sit-down dinner consisting
of Fresh Fruit Appetizer, Farm Fresh Egg Frittatas, Applewood Smoked Bacon &
Pork Country Sausage, Cinnamon Cooked Apples, Tomato Slice, Biscuits w/Jam,
Jelly & Honey, Sweet Pastry, Coffee, Unsweetened/Sweet Tea & Water.
A vegetarian medley was also available upon request.
This completed a nutritious & delicious country meal enjoyed in the great outdoors!
The vendors and staff of the Catawba Valley Farmers Market wish to say "Thank You"
to everyone who gathered with us on this day and enjoyed the fellowship
and the fruits & labor of the vendors who provided homegrown,
delicious country cookin' in a true country atmosphere!
