Crock Pot Mac & Cheese


1 16-oz. box macaroni, cooked and drained
1 large can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups shredded cheese

Mix first 4 ingredients
with 2 cups shredded cheese.
Pour into crock pot.
Salt & Pepper
Mix again
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Close lid.
Cook on Low for 3 hours.
DO NOT open lid during cooking cycle.
Fresh Cabbage Salsa


1 small cabbage
3 med. Tomatoes, diced
4 pickled jalapenos, diced (reserve ¼ c. juice)

Chop cabbage, add tomatoes and jalapenos. 
Mix in ¼ c. jalapeno juice.
Chill for 3 hours.  Serve with tortilla chips.
